Are prices per year?
Yes. One annual price, invoiced once a year. All prices exclude VAT.
How do you count pupils?
We use each school’s roll at the October census, so your price stays the same for the whole year.
How does trust pricing work?
Each school is priced on its own roll, then the trust discount applies to the total: 5% for 2–4 schools, 7.5% for 5–9 and 10% for 10 or more. Insight is included.
What if a school joins our trust mid-year?
We add it at its own price for the rest of the year, and your discount updates at renewal.
Do we pay more to turn on Staff, Visitors, Connect or Health?
No. Every plan includes all of them. Turn on the ones you want, when you want them, and the price stays the same.
Is there a set-up fee?
No. Set-up, MIS connection, training and moving your existing records are all included. In-person training at your school is available for a fee.
Do we need hardware for Visitors?
Visitors runs on any tablet at reception. A badge printer and an ID card reader are optional. [Which card readers and ID scanners are supported, and hardware bundle pricing.]
How much will DBS checks cost?
Ordering checks from Staff is coming soon. An enhanced DBS check will cost £68 and a basic one £43, including the DBS fee, plus VAT. You pay only for the checks you order.
How long is the contract?

Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes. We invoice annually and accept purchase orders.
