Data protection officer
Questions about how we process data for schools, our data processing agreement, or a request about data we hold about you directly.
To see what a school holds about you or your child, ask the school. It is the data controller and will handle your request.

Security reports
If you think you’ve found a vulnerability, or suspect a security incident, tell us straight away. Please don’t try to access data that isn’t yours, and give us time to fix the issue before telling anyone else.
