We are looking to appoint an inspiring and outstanding classroom practitioner to join our Geography team here at Myton; we are looking for someone who is ambitious and able to share their enthusiasm and passion for Geography with all their students and colleagues.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic geographer to join a dynamic team. You would be joining an outstanding department, with proven results and an excellent ethos towards teaching and learning. We require a dedicated and inspiring teacher who can enthuse our students. You will need to be able to work in a large team, deliver lessons that stretch and challenge and most importantly hold an unconditional positive regard for the students.

In short, we are a popular, high performing school with academy status, situated between Warwick and Leamington Spa with a strong community spirit. Our staff offer students a massive range of extra-curricular opportunities in addition to a wide curriculum and we would be delighted to expand this further if you have additional time and talents to share.

You will have access to a range of personal and professional development opportunities plus Smart Clinic Health benefits and Staff Wellbeing initiatives to support you along the way.

If you feel you share our values, have the vision and drive for excellence and want to be part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team, committed to ensuring that students fulfil their potential, then we would like to hear from you.

We are part of Stowe Valley Multi Academy Trust, led by Southam College (an Ofsted Outstanding school). This has enhanced our ability to offer inspirational and supportive leadership and CPD for all of our staff.

All applications are via our online platform and can be found on the Vacancies section of the Stowe Valley Multi Academy Trust website www.stowevalleymat.com. Visits to the school are welcomed.

Please note that strong applications may be considered upon receipt.

The school is an Equal Opportunities employer and is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people. It expects all staff to share this commitment. The post is subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure
