We are looking to appoint a dynamic and proactive Supervision Room Manager to play a prominent role in delivering outstanding pastoral care. The successful candidate will be working alongside our Achievement Co-ordinators, Pastoral Support Managers and Inclusion Manager. You will demonstrate commitment, drive and have a proactive problem-solving approach in support of outstanding student behaviour and wellbeing.
The role has many facets and will require considerable skills in managing students who are spending time out of lessons and need reintegration support, as well as reflection time and restorative support. The Supervision Room Manager will frequently be supporting our most vulnerable students, when their behaviour needs addressing.
