We Can Offer:

- A caring, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
- Dedicated and friendly colleagues who value teamwork and collaboration.
- High-quality professional development and career progression opportunities.
- Supportive leadership committed to staff wellbeing and workload management.
- Well-resourced classrooms and learning environments.
- The opportunity to make a meaningful difference through targeted support and intervention work.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching during PPA cover across the school.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate targeted intervention programmes to accelerate pupil progress.
- Monitor and assess the impact of interventions, adapting provision as required.
- Work closely with class teachers, support staff, and school leaders to identify and support pupils' individual needs.
- Foster positive learning environments where all children feel valued, supported, and successful.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school community.
We warmly encourage visits to the school. To arrange a tour or an informal conversation, please contact the school office.
