Key duties involve comprehensive support for review meetings: collating staff reports, completing pro-formas, and attending meetings to accurately take and circulate minutes.
You will manage tracking and reporting on the impact of interventions and handle routine correspondence and telephone liaison with parents and external professional agencies. Furthermore, you will provide administrative support for exam access arrangement processes and invigilate students with access arrangements.
Candidates must demonstrate considerable experience working in an office environment. Essential skills include the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of audiences and the capacity to accurately minute meetings. We require excellent time management and organisation skills, proficiency in standard ICT packages, including Microsoft Office, and the crucial ability to respect and maintain confidentiality.
