About the job
We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Headteacher to become the founding leader of our new school. Hartland Primary School, near Fleet in Hampshire. This is a rare opportunity to establish a culture of excellence from day one, shape the educational vision and create a lasting legacy for generations of children and families. As Headteacher you will:
- Lead the successful opening and growth of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education, care and inclusion
- Shape and drive the school’s vision, leading innovation in teaching, learning and curriculum development
- Inspire, empower and develop staff and pupils so they can achieve their full potential
- Build strong partnerships with pupils, families, colleagues and leaders across The Circle Trust
- Continue to develop your leadership skills through rich, ongoing professional learning and opportunities across the Trust
