About the job

Leeds Diocesan Learning Trust (LDLT) is seeking to appoint an inspirational and dedicated Headteacher to lead St Peter’s Church of England Primary School into its next exciting chapter. Situated in the heart of Leeds, St Peter’s is a vibrant, inclusive and welcoming one-form entry primary school with a 52-place nursery, serving a richly diverse community. With a strong Christian ethos, excellent reputation and a commitment to ensuring every child flourishes, this is a fantastic opportunity to build on the achievements of a successful and much-loved school.

We are looking for an ambitious, compassionate and values-driven leader who will inspire pupils and staff, maintain high standards of teaching and learning, and champion the school’s distinctive Christian vision and ‘We Care’ ethos. The successful candidate will bring proven leadership experience, a commitment to inclusion and a genuine passion for making a difference to the lives of children and families. They will foster positive relationships with staff, governors, parents and the wider community, whilst embracing opportunities for collaboration and professional development across the Trust.
