We are looking for
- An inspirational, values-led leader who will embrace and further develop our distinctive Christian ethos.
- A strategic thinker with the ambition, experience and judgement to lead sustainable school improvement.
- An excellent classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of teaching, learning and curriculum across Early Years, KS1 and KS2.
- A visible, approachable leader who can inspire, develop and support staff.
- Someone who will build strong relationships with children, staff, parents and carers, Governors, the Church and wider community.
- A commitment to inclusion and removing barriers to learning and achievement, including for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
- The leadership and management skills to use the school’s people, resources and finances effectively.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. The role involves regulated activity with children. Appointment is subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check with children’s barred list information.
