Every HR is HR software for schools from IRIS, with the single central record built in. Staff in Pupil Protect is narrower: it covers the checks, training and concerns about adults that keep pupils safe, and works from the same records as your DSL team.
Which suits you depends mostly on whether you want a full HR system or a safeguarding one.

Moving from Every HR
We bring your records across and your DSL checks them before anything goes live.
Can we bring our single central record across?
Yes. Export it from Every HR's reports as Excel or CSV and we import it, with the date of each check and who did it. [Confirm the Every HR import format]
Do we have to retype everyone?
No. Staff come from your MIS. Supply, volunteers, governors and contractors come from your export.
When should we give notice?
Check your contract's notice period early. Keep Every HR running until your single central record has been checked in Pupil Protect.
